Purpose and limits of the platform
myXchart provides tools for market analysis, strategy development and learning. Charts, indicators, detected patterns, scenarios and AI text provide information and help examine your own ideas. They are not personal investment recommendations, invitations to trade or promises of a particular outcome. The platform does not execute broker orders or manage investment assets.
An analysis does not automatically consider your financial circumstances, experience, objectives or capacity to bear risk. A subscription, a coach conversation or AI use does not replace an assessment of a financial product's suitability. Seek independent advice from an appropriately authorised professional when needed.
Capital loss, leverage and margin
Trading can result in the loss of all capital invested. Leveraged products such as CFDs, futures or options can substantially amplify gains and losses. Small price movements can trigger margin requirements, forced position closure or loss of an option premium.
Depending on the product, contractual terms and client category, additional payment obligations may arise. Negative balance protection required for regulated CFD offerings to retail clients in the EU is not a general safeguard for every product, provider or professional client. Check the terms that actually apply; do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Execution, liquidity and stop orders
A chart price is not a binding offer to buy or sell. Actual execution prices depend on bid/ask spreads, available liquidity, order size, broker, venue and timing, among other factors. Price gaps, news or fast markets can cause substantial deviations and slippage.
Stop-loss and stop orders generally guarantee neither a particular execution price nor a fixed loss limit. Orders may be delayed, partially filled or not executed. Fees, financing charges and currency conversion can further reduce the result.
Market, currency and counterparty risks
Interest rates, political events, economic conditions, trading halts, insolvencies and unexpected news can change prices and availability. Foreign-currency investments also carry exchange-rate risk. Economic outcomes depend on the terms and solvency of brokers, issuers and other counterparties involved.
An index CFD is not the index itself, and a broker price series is not automatically an exchange reference price. Products with similar names may have different trading hours, contract sizes, costs and risks. Check the instrument actually being traded.
Data sources, freshness and gaps
Price series may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect or temporarily unavailable. Sources and brokers can provide different prices for the same instrument. Historical archives, current quotes and external market widgets may use different data snapshots. Information presented as current can become stale during an interruption.
Shared stored candles do not prove that data is complete or verified by an exchange. Previously stored values may differ from later source corrections. Check the source, timestamp, coverage and freshness; missing data is not a signal that the market has not moved.
Charts, candles and time settings
Timeframes, time zones, trading calendars, daylight saving time, session boundaries and price types affect the display. A one-minute candle aggregates observations; it does not show the complete sequence of movements within that minute. Higher timeframes may be calculated from smaller candles.
Open candles and displays based on them can change until the candle closes. Zoom, scaling, rounding and overlaid drawings can also create a misleading impression. Check the selected data basis and complete values before interpreting a line, candle or marker.
Patterns, indicators and signals
A detected chart or candle pattern describes a match with a defined rule, not a certain future price movement. False positives, delayed matches and missed detections are possible. Parameters, window length and data quality change the result. Indicators can lag; displays based on open candles or retrospectively confirmed turning points can change.
Labels such as Long, Short, confirmed, strength or quality identify outputs of the particular calculation. They are not personal trading recommendations, guaranteed win rates or promises of an executable entry. Check the exact rule, confirmation time and possible counterarguments.
Volume, seasonality and relationships
Tick volume counts price activity and is not automatically volume actually traded. Broker liquidity shown in an order book relates to that source; it can change quickly and does not represent the whole market. Historical or published positioning data may be delayed.
Seasonal averages, correlations and lead times depend on the period, sample and data preparation. An average hides possible losses in individual years. Correlation or timing does not prove causation. Historical relationships may weaken, reverse or disappear entirely.
Backtests and simulations
Backtests are modelled historical analyses, not trades actually executed. Overfitting, parameters chosen after the event, missing instruments and information that was not available at the simulated time can make results appear too good. Selecting only successful variants conceals failed attempts.
Candle data does not always establish the order in which stop-loss and take-profit levels were reached within a candle. Execution, spread, slippage, fee, financing, position-size and capital assumptions affect the result. Examine those assumptions, additional periods and data not previously used for optimisation. Even a successful test does not guarantee future profitability.
Metrics and probabilities
Return, win rate, profit factor and drawdown describe only the sample analysed under the assumptions used. A high win rate can coexist with large individual losses; a low historical drawdown does not limit future losses. Small samples and outliers can substantially distort percentages.
A score or historical success rate is not a reliable probability for the next trade. Fees, new market conditions, changed rules or data corrections may substantially alter results. Also compare losing streaks, dispersion, open risks and the number of cases actually analysed.
AI analysis and generated rules
AI can produce plausible but incorrect, incomplete, contradictory or outdated statements. It can invent sources, numbers, patterns, explanations or supposedly completed checks and misunderstand context. Repeated prompts or model changes can produce different answers.
Convincing wording does not replace a data query or a backtest actually executed. Check timestamps, original sources, calculations and visible tool actions. AI-generated formulas, strategies, parameters or code can contain logical errors and require independent review before use. AI cannot guarantee price movements, profit or loss limits.
Your strategies and third-party content
Strategies you create or adopt can contain incorrect conditions, wrong units, unsuitable stops or incomplete exit rules. Combining individually plausible rules can produce unexpected behaviour. A demo account or simulation does not fully reproduce real liquidity and psychological pressure.
Group posts, coach discussions, shared charts and external content require critical review. Authors, interests, data and timing may differ. Publication or paid availability on the platform alone is not an independent review, quality guarantee or confirmation of regulatory authorisation.
Technical failures and notifications
Software errors, internet or provider disruptions, maintenance, device issues and delayed synchronisation can affect charts, saving, calculations and notifications. Alerts may arrive late or not at all. Describing a possible failure here does not waive agreed digital services or statutory remedies for defects.
Do not use a platform alert as the only safeguard for a real position. Check positions and orders directly with the relevant broker. Back up important rules and check after changes that the rule set actually saved and used matches your settings.
Confidential data and credentials
Do not enter passwords, private keys, broker credentials or third-party information without authorisation into AI conversations or shared content. Confidential strategy, account and personal data require particular care. External market widgets can connect the browser directly to a data provider, transmitting technical connection data such as the IP address.
The processing performed by a particular tool depends on its actual function and the privacy notices. This risk notice grants no additional data permission and replaces neither required consent nor the provider's statutory data-protection duties.
Responsibility and statutory liability
You decide on real transactions and assess their financial, tax and legal consequences. The provider, KST Projekt 8510 Stainz GmbH, does not promise a particular trading profit, return or protection from market losses. A trading loss alone does not establish a defect in the analysis software. Liability for a particular loss is determined by the applicable statutory requirements.
These risk notices neither exclude nor limit statutory liability for breaches of duty. This applies in particular to personal injury and damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the provider or persons for whom it is legally responsible. Statutory remedies for agreed digital services, statutory update duties and other mandatory consumer rights remain intact. This page creates no blanket indemnity or waiver of statutory claims.
Check before deciding
Check the instrument and product type, source and data snapshot, time zone and timeframe, closed candles, rule version, sample, cost assumptions and the risk of a losing streak. Verify AI statements against actual sources and results. Where data is unclear, missing or contradictory, do not decide solely on the display.
Report suspected data or software errors to office@viooniq.com with the instrument, source, timeframe, timestamp and a reproducible description. Do not send credentials. An error report is not an order and does not monitor a position; contact the relevant broker about ongoing real transactions.
