Cookies, storage and connections
Cookies and similar browser technologies can store settings or sign-in information. External requests can transmit your IP address and technical data without cookies. Device storage rules and personal data rules need separate assessment; a connection alone proves neither tracking nor its absence.
Necessary functions
Strictly necessary entries enable functions you expressly request: language, appearance, sign-in and saving your privacy decision. They do not require optional consent. This exception does not permit general statistics, advertising or external content. Our own account and chart services through /api/chart/live remain available without permission for optional providers.
Your choices
Optional external services are off initially. You can reject them, select categories or allow all available optional services. Your choice applies to this browser on this device for up to 180 days. Google Analytics is not configured. We have not installed our own advertising tracking; provider-internal advertising is unverified. Rejecting optional services leaves necessary website and account functions available.
External market content
Public BiQuote widgets including news and the native M1 preview start only after market-data permission; the preview also waits until its section is nearby. Your browser then connects directly to BiQuote and transmits IP and technical request data. Dukascopy in the account app also needs market-data permission. Withdrawal stops further consent-dependent embeds. Providers’ internal storage, retention, advertising and further processing are not fully verified. The optional Binance crypto-symbol catalogue also requires market-data permission.
External media
YouTube videos and external article images in the account app need media permission. Provider connections begin only afterwards; article text and links remain available without permission. Public BiQuote news belongs to the market-data category. Providers may receive IP and technical data. Their internal cookies, retention and transfers are not fully verified; linked provider information supplements this notice.
Google Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 is not configured; no Analytics SDK or Google measurement script loads. Future activation requires an explicitly configured property and prior statistics consent. In Basic Consent Mode, no Google tags, measurement pings or consent pings may start beforehand. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising must remain disabled.
Our storage inventory
Public language is stored for 365 days; appearance has no fixed expiry, remaining until replaced or deleted. Your privacy choice lasts up to 180 days. Actual cloud sign-in expiry is unverified. App layouts, drawings and saved rules have no fixed browser expiry. GA4 cookies would default to two years but are inactive. External storage and retention are unverified. The table expands this overview, without claiming a complete third-party cookie audit.
Validity and withdrawal
Your choice is saved with its time and version for up to 180 days. If your browser prevents saving, it applies only in this open page session. You can switch categories off in privacy settings at any time. Withdrawal stops further consent-dependent access without making earlier lawful processing unlawful retrospectively. Continued retention needs an appropriate legal basis.
Objecting to processing
If processing relies on legitimate interests, you can object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your situation. No particular reason is required for direct marketing. This differs from withdrawing consent. Privacy settings do not replace requests about other processing; use our contact details.
Deleting storage and data
You can delete browser entries through your browser settings. Without a valid saved choice, optional services stay disabled. Deletion may sign you out or remove local layouts and rules. It does not automatically delete your cloud account or data held by providers. Contact us to request access to or erasure of personal data; statutory exceptions still apply.
Rights and international transfers
The privacy notice explains purposes, data types, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights, including complaints to the data protection authority. Indirect collection also requires source information. Possible international transfers and their legal basis need assessment for each service. Cookie consent does not replace this. We claim no unverified certification or transfer guarantee.
