Guarantees and liability

No profit guarantee. Statutory warranty rights and mandatory liability remain unaffected.

No profit guarantee

Historical results, detected patterns, backtests and AI output do not guarantee future profits. Even a strategy that follows its rules can incur losses.

Seven-day money-back guarantee

The voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee provides a refund of the paid subscription amount and starts when you first enter into a paid subscription. Refund requests may be sent to aifae.org@gmail.com. It is not a profit guarantee and leaves statutory withdrawal and warranty rights unaffected.

Statutory rights

Our risk notices neither exclude nor limit statutory liability for breaches of duty. This applies in particular to personal injury and damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the provider or persons for whom it is legally responsible. Statutory remedies for the agreed digital services, statutory update duties and other mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Where the applicable statutory requirements are met, remedies for defects include bringing the service into conformity, price reduction or termination of the contract.

Data and decisions

Users decide on real transactions. A market loss alone does not establish a software defect; conversely, an independent trading decision does not remove statutory liability for an error legally attributable to the provider. Whether a loss must be compensated depends on the applicable statutory requirements. This notice creates no blanket indemnity for the provider, its representatives or cooperation partners.
